PD0325901是一种靶向MAPK(MAPK/ERK kinase 或MEK)的小分子,具潜在的抗肿瘤活性。PD0325901是MEK抑制剂CI-1040的衍生物,选择性结合和抑制MEK,可能引起MAPK/ERK的磷酸化和活化,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。与ALK5抑制剂SB431542一起,PD0325901能够提高人原代成纤维细胞重编程为诱导多潜能干细胞(iPS)的能力。
