氨基嘧啶CHIR99021是目前为止报道的选择性zui强的GSK-3β抑制剂。与其他强效的GSK-3抑制剂相比,CHIR99021不会交叉抑制细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(CDKs),对GSK-3β的选择性是对CDKs350倍。与抑制MAPK来源的分化诱导信号联合,使用CHIR99021阻断 GSK-3β信号使得胚胎干细胞能自我更新。
